Service Policies

SERVICE POLICIES

Clear expectations before work begins.

These general policies help customers understand how Red Mesa handles service requests. Job-specific terms may also appear on an estimate, work order, or invoice.

Parts & Materials

Parts, materials, special-order items, vehicle-wrap materials, and other job-specific supplies may require payment before they are ordered or purchased. Customers are responsible for approved parts and material costs. Labor and service charges are normally collected after work is completed unless a different arrangement is agreed upon before work begins.

Roadside & Recovery

Red Mesa provides roadside assistance, light recovery, off-road recovery, fuel delivery, battery assistance, lockout services, and vehicle transportation within the capabilities of available equipment. Requests are evaluated individually based on vehicle size, location, terrain, access, weather, equipment needs, and safety. Red Mesa may decline work that exceeds safe personnel or equipment capabilities.

24/7 & After-Hours Requests

24/7 availability means service may be requested at any time; it does not guarantee an immediate response. Timing depends on location, weather, existing jobs, road conditions, equipment and parts availability, and the request itself. After-hours rates apply outside 7:00 AM–6:00 PM. Public-safety emergencies should be directed to the appropriate emergency services.

Cancellation & Scheduling

Please provide as much notice as reasonably possible when cancelling or rescheduling. Special-order materials, custom products, wrap materials, or other customer-specific purchases may be non-refundable when they cannot reasonably be returned or reused. Any cancellation or restocking charge will be disclosed before it is charged.

Workmanship & Warranty

Red Mesa stands behind the work it performs. Workmanship coverage applies only to Red Mesa’s work and does not automatically cover unrelated failures, pre-existing damage, customer-supplied parts, normal wear, misuse, abuse, third-party modifications, or components Red Mesa did not repair or replace. Manufacturer warranties remain subject to manufacturer terms. Any specific warranty period will appear on the applicable estimate, work order, or invoice.
