Red Mesa is building a dependable list of independent New Mexico-licensed trade businesses for jobs we cannot legally or responsibly handle ourselves. This is a referral network, not employment or a promise of work.
Who should apply
- A current New Mexico contractor license issued to the applying business entity
- License classifications that match the work the business accepts
- Current insurance and any coverage required for the business and its workers
- A clear service area and reliable customer communication
- Agreement to provide each customer with a separate estimate, contract, permits, warranties, and payment arrangements
How referrals work
If accepted, your licensed business deals directly with the customer. Your business inspects and prices the work, signs its own agreement, obtains permits, performs or supervises the work, provides its own warranties, and collects payment directly.
Any contractor-paid referral fee or other business terms must be stated in a separate written agreement with Red Mesa and are subject to applicable law. Any such fee is paid by the contractor and is not charged to the customer by Red Mesa.
