PRIVACY & SERVICE POLICIES
This page explains how website information is handled and the basic policies customers should know before requesting service. It is a public summary; exact terms for accepted work may be provided in a separate written agreement.
PRIVACY
We collect only the information needed to respond to you, understand the work, and operate the website.
When you contact Red Mesa, request service, or leave a review, you may provide:
We use this information to understand your request, contact you, prepare an estimate, schedule and complete accepted work, provide customer service, prevent misuse, and keep normal business records. Red Mesa does not sell personal information.
A review’s rating, title, written comments, and reviewer name may appear publicly. Reviewer email addresses are used for administration or follow-up and are not intended for public display. Please do not place phone numbers, addresses, passwords, or another person’s private information in a review.
Website information may pass through WordPress, IONOS hosting, the contact and review tools listed below, business email, backups, and email-delivery logs. We keep records only as reasonably needed for customer service, accepted work, warranties, accounting, safety, or legal requirements.
We take reasonable steps to protect the website and its records, but no website, email service, or online storage system can promise perfect security.
You may ask to review, correct, or delete personal information Red Mesa controls by emailing contact@redmesahomeauto.com. We may need to confirm your identity and may keep records required for an active job, payment, warranty, safety issue, or legal obligation.
SERVICE POLICIES
These are the basic policies posted for clear communication. Exact details for an accepted job are confirmed separately.
A contact form, phone call, text, or first reply is only a request to talk. It does not guarantee an appointment or mean that Red Mesa has accepted the job. We confirm the work, price, materials, timing, and any special conditions directly with the customer.
Starting rates cover common situations. Hidden damage, extra work, travel, recovery conditions, parts, materials, and taxes can change the final price. We will explain important changes before continuing whenever reasonably possible.
Any required deposit will be explained before payment and applied to the final balance. Deposits are normally non-refundable because they reserve time and may cover diagnosis, planning, design work, ordered parts, or custom materials that cannot be reused for another customer.
Please give as much notice as possible when cancelling or rescheduling. If a cancellation or refund right is required by law, that right comes first. Some qualifying sales made at a customer’s home may include a three-business-day cancellation period.
The person requesting work must own the property or item, or have permission to approve the work. Please tell us about known damage, unsafe conditions, pets, access limits, utility problems, modifications, or other facts that could affect the job.
Red Mesa may decline, pause, or stop work that is unsafe, outside available equipment or experience, missing required permission, or outside the work we are legally allowed to perform.
Any specific workmanship coverage will be stated in the estimate, work order, or invoice. It does not automatically cover unrelated failures, normal wear, misuse, pre-existing damage, customer-supplied parts, or later work performed by someone else. Manufacturer warranties follow the manufacturer’s rules.
If something does not seem right, contact Red Mesa promptly and allow a reasonable opportunity to inspect the issue and correct our work when appropriate.
When Red Mesa introduces a customer to an independent licensed contractor, the contractor—not Red Mesa—inspects, estimates, contracts, permits, performs or supervises, warrants, and collects payment for that contractor’s work. Referral availability and contractor acceptance are not guaranteed. Customers should verify the contractor’s current license and insurance and review the contractor’s separate agreement before proceeding.
This page is a general website summary. Accepted jobs may also use an estimate, work order, or service agreement that explains the exact work, price, payment schedule, warranty, and job-specific conditions. If that written agreement differs from this summary, the written agreement for that job controls.
Weather, road closures, unavailable parts, unsafe conditions, customer access problems, utility interruptions, and other events outside reasonable control may affect scheduling.
WEBSITE PROVIDERS
These links explain the main outside tools used on this website.
This website uses outside services to host pages, deliver contact messages, reduce spam, and collect reviews. Their systems and policies are separate from Red Mesa:
Red Mesa does not authorize these providers to send unrelated marketing messages. Outside systems can experience outages, spam, or security problems. We are not responsible for an event caused solely by an unrelated third party outside our control, but we remain responsible for duties the law places directly on Red Mesa. If a message looks suspicious, verify it using the phone number shown on this website.
Email contact@redmesahomeauto.com. Please do not include passwords, financial account information, medical information, or other sensitive data in a website form or ordinary email.
